Ram and Hanuman is one Jodi of Guru shishya Parampara It has defeated mighty Rawan and Jodi no 2 Lord Krishna and Arjuna defeated KaurawasMr.Bongirwar met Dr Vilas Deshmukh in the year 2007, on the trail patch of UTWT(Ultra thin white topping) roads at Ghantali Thane. Mr.Bongirwar was working on Indian roads In the year 2007.The nation GDP was around 8% He was desperately looking for alternate roads for rural and city roads. Condition of rural and urban roads were poorDr Deshmukh was developing UTWT at Research and Development division of ACC.After success of UTWT at Ghantali Mr.Bongirwar Visionary asked me the road requirements and I as mission supply the concrete. We tried different compositions at different sites. And finally modified the existing code IRC-SP-76 -2008 to IRC sp76 -2015 This code is on UTWT on damaged bituminous roads. This code is perfect solution for pothole free roads
The nations critical problem is solved by Guru
